Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

Estimated product arrival, depending on delivery choice (see Canada Post), Shipping days are Business Days Only. This does not include weekends or Holidays.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and report any loss or damage to us within 5 days. If your order was damaged in shipping, please keep all packing materials and contact us.

The cost (price) of shipping is calculated by weight, volume (size) and distance (address).

2. Canada Post:

Canada

Regular Parcel: Delivery Standards. Regular Parcel delivers within 3 business day locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centers.

Xpresspost: Delivery Standards. Xpresspost delivers the next business day locally and regionally, and 2 - 3 business days nationally between major Canadian centers.

U.S.A.

Shipments to the United States start through Canada Post which transfers to the United States Postal System.

Air Parcel U.S.A.: Delivery Standards. There are no published delivery standards for Air Parcel service; however, there is a service expectation of 5-9 business days to most U.S.A. destinations.

Expedited - U.S.A. Commercial: Delivery Standards. Has a delivery expectation of 5 to 9 business days between major centers in Canada and the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply).

Xpresspost - U.S.A: Delivery Standards. Delivers in 4 to 6 business days to major U.S.A. centers.

International:

Please note the shipping times displayed below do not include any delays due to Custom Inspection of package.

International Air Parcel: Delivery Standards. There are no published delivery standards for International Air Parcel service; however, there is a service expectation of 7-11 business days to most international destinations.

Xpresspost - International: Delivery Standards. Guaranteed delivery in 4 to 9 days from major centres to select countries.

Austria, Australia**, Belgium, China**, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy**, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan.

Purolator International:

Please note the shipping times displayed below do not include any delays due to Custom Inspection of package.

Purolator International: Delivery Standards. 2 - 4 business day delivery to major destinations in over 50 countries worldwide.

3. Back Orders

If an item is out of stock when you place your order, it will be sent to you as soon as stock is received. You will not be charged for shipping (twice) if the back ordered stock, was part of an original order. We reserve the right to cancel back orders on items of low cost due to the high cost of shipping. We will contact you via email if your order has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs Information

Buckingham Stencils Inc. products are shipped by Canada Post / U.S.P.S. to the United States of America, therefore no Brokerage Fees are applied. All Buckingham Stencils Inc. products are covered by "The North American Free Trade Agreement" therefore no Duty will be applied. Customs forms for all packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form.
