Return Policy: You must notify our office using this "email form" within 30 business days of receipt of goods to obtain an authorization number for a return. The return authorization number must be written on the sales receipt and a copy shipped back with the goods to : Buckingham Stencils Inc. 1571 Morello Road Nanoose Bay,British Columbia Canada V9P 9B2 Please make sure that return packaging meets postal standards. All Customers out side of Canada must write on the out side of the package (Return for refund, Product of Canada). Returns must be shipped using the Postal System, ground service recommended (most cost effective for shipper). We do not accept returns from couriers. Couriers have a lot of hidden charges to the receiver that the sender is not aware of. Product packaging that has been opened, damaged or returned without authorization is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not subject to a refund or credit. Refund or Credits will be issued once goods have been received and inspected. Please follow these procedures to ensure you receive your refund or credit.
